I have been staying at Candlewood Suites for the past 5 wks. One week of that time was at this location. The staff was friendly the only problem I had was that I was staying for five days and was told that they were not able to give out the extra coffee packets for the coffee pots in the rooms per management. The rooms were very clean, but getting to them was not. I stayed on the third floor and as soon as you get off the elevator you are hit with a terrible smoke smell and there were stains on the carpet in the hallway. I also asked for a receipt when I left and was told that they couldn't provide me with one since it was being paid for with a company card, seemed a little strange to me. How would I know if the company was being charged for things I didn't use?

We just left a beautiful location in Aspen and had a night to Stay in Denver before our flight left DIA in the morning. Should have stayed in Aspen another day. It was adequate but nothing great. Pillows weren't very good. AC / Heater was loud / Didn't sleep that well. The one bright spot was: Staff was friendly and helpful

While our room was smoke-free, the rest of the hotel did not smell pleasant.

The room was cozy and comfortable, a home away from home. I stayed almost a week while I looked for an apartment as a permanent residence. The staff were always friendly and eager to help in any way. I love the area as well, convenient to shops and groceries.

The staff at this place were incredible. They were so nice and would do anything for you! Thanks to AMANDA, SHAYLA, the young man at the front desk as well as the overnight lady...you all were great! Housekeeping staff were fantastic too!!!

I rented two rooms for myself and a fellow traveler Sep'13
One room was nice but the other smelled funky and was to warm... Temp controls didn't work on the wall, it was dead with no lights/numbers working... called the desk and they told me to use the manual controls on the unit, person was to busy doing laundry to come up and look... room still didn't cool down after setting manual controls... called desk again, person still busy but would come up in a few minutes... after a long wait, they still were a no show... now was very late, I was very tired and had a long drive ahead of me early the next morning... I went down to the desk, turned in the room cards and had to bunk on pull out sofa in 2nd room... very uncomfortable
I was promised a refund but didn't have it after waiting four days... called hotel manager to find out where the refund was, found out the desk person on duty that night lied to his management team saying I wouldn't let him into the room to check on the problem... didn't get much from the manager except a "sorry"
Last thing you need when your traveling is a hot/smelly room, bad service, zero problem resolution, a lumpy sofa bed for a sleepless night and untrustworthy people
that is how they treated a platinum member... hope your experience is better if you use them

Stayed at this property twice now and both times were a great experience. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and very functional.

Our new place to stay now when come down out of the mountains for a city visit!! Room was spacious... clean and jut a greatbuy....
Off the highway 2 blcoks whcih meant was very quiet!!!
