This hotel sits about a block back from the nearest busy street, so the location is naturally quiet. There is one restaurant nearby with several more in easy driving distance. The staff has always been helpful and friendly and the property well kept with comfortable beds and clean rooms. We will be back again in Oct. July 26, 2014

On the other hand, internet connection is frequently disconnected. Web surf and e-mail check are not problem, but for business purpose, I have a trouble that VPN has been disconnected frequently. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and quiet. I walked through the door and was immediately impressed by the size of the suite. It looked clean and fresh. The ample amenities made me feel at home. Even though housekeeping only comes by once per week, if I needed anything I could simply ask for it. Candlewood does not lie when they claim to be "pet friendly". Unfortunately, I am not very pet friendly. So I was a little disappointed when I stepped on a desiccated deposit from some mini dog. I put it where it should have gone and made a mental note to forgive the housekeeper since the dog deposit was the same color as the carpet. Still, for all the dogs and cats it was quiet. Not one growled at me. The shower has an issue, when it is on the water barely comes out. Probably one of those low flow valves in it. Finally, its probably time to do a general tightening on things like towel racks and tub handles. Mine were loose. The one in the tub might pull out of the wall if someone really needs to use it. A more frequent emptying of the outside trash and a sweep of the sidewalk under the trees would make it look cleaner. One last thing - there are no easy-to-find-and-use recycle bins in the building. And yes, I'd go back because the issues are minor (for now) and I liked the people I met. July 25, 2014
