    I experienced a very neutral check in and check out experience. it was slow, and I would have expected the staff to greet guests in a cheerier manner, particulary since they had no other customers at the desk at the time of both experiences. I felt like they were bothered to have to perform these functions

    Dear Valued Guest, First allow me to thank you for the feedback. I find it incredibly beneficial when our guests take the time out of their busy lives to let us know how we are doing. With that said I would like to offer my sincerest apology for the lackadaisical check in and check out experience. When I read this review it made me motivated to review my actions as a manager and evaluate the moral of my staff, as this instance is a rarity for us here at the Candlewood Suites: normally our staff on the front desk is courteous, friendly, and helpful. So again thank you for the feedback. It is my hope that you will return to our establishment soon and find the situation has been resolved, finding a warm welcome and departure.
