Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor front end staff at check in and same lady still had the same poor attitude at check out At check in, attendant gad a cad attitude, arrived about an hour before 3 pm check in. Lady started the conversation with, we don't have any rooms available , instead of checking first, never got recognized for being a platinum member, I told her I would cancel by reservation if I couldn't get in so I got her to process be in and tge she had the nerve to say @ would you have really have canceled your reservation, ??? Unbelievable. I gad conference calls and a webinar to conduct and already had the app pulled up to cancel. I can pull the internet up at Duncan's or Burger King. I don't think I'll be back at Candlewood at this location November 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Check In Check in was disappointing in that the room was not available. Had requested an early check in (2PM). Room was not ready. When I got there I was told there were no rooms available. I sat in the lobby to read. So I watched as others arrived and were assigned to rooms. When I went up to the desk, they told me that the rooms were pre-assigned and mine was not ready yet but the other people who arrived after me had been assigned to rooms that were ready. If I requested early check in, why wasn't my room ready or why wasn't I assigned to another room? November 4, 2014
