I stay at the Hotel in Greenville, NC for 2-3 nights every 4 months or so and have done so for at least the last 4 years. I've always had excellent experiences, so this time I brought my family. Unfortunately, the hotel was not up to its normal standards and this was my worst stay with them ever. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work, the light between the beds wouldn't turn on either.The kitchen floor was sticky, and generally dirty. I was very disappointed. We had gotten in late the night before so I told the girl at the front desk as we checked out the next morning, she was sympathetic, and apologized, but obviously not empowered to try to make the situation better. Very sad, I thought this was a hotel I could always count on. I'll likely try them again, in a few months, when I'm back in that area. If my experience isn't better, I'll look for something else.

I planned a secret Valentine's getaway for my husband. The staff really took care of us and when I walked in our room my mouth dropped open!!! I am still shocked when I think about it!! I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended my friends to to stay here as well!!

Our 10 day stay was due to relocating to Greenville, closing on our home and waiting for our household goods to be delivered to our new home. The staff was warm and friendly, helpful when we had to extend our stay by a day, and always greeted us with a smile. The beds in the suite were suprisingly comfortable, and that is saying alot since we usually sleep on a Tempurpedic! Hot water was plentiful, our only complaint was having trouble regulating the temperature in our room. In all fairness though, we never complained to the front dest or asked for help with the issue. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. I hope we never have to move again, but if we are in a similar situation, I would definitely look to Candlewood to assist us.

Staying at Candlewood Suites in Greenville, NC was a wonderful experience. The staff treats you like family, really getting to know you. Melanie is an awesome managers and works hard to satisfy customers. All in all my stay there for 4-5 months while working in Greenville was very pleasant.
