Prior to turning down my bed for the night, I noticed a hair on the fitted sheet, which immediately concerned me. My initial thought was that the sheets had not been laundered. I pushed the bedding back to inspect the sheets. I did not find additional indications that the sheets were not cleaned, therefore, I convinced myself that the sheets were clean.
When I went to prepare for bed (wash my face and brush my teeth), I again noticed hair in the sink. I discarded it and went to bed.
The following morning, I noticed numerous hairs, particularly on the walls of the shower. This was the final straw for me. Perhaps the cleaning lady was in a rush, but this is just totally unacceptable cleaning practice.
The staff were quite courteous and professional, but the cleanliness, or lack thereof, would definitely make me look elsewhere when scheduling my next trip out of town!

We reserved rooms for two couples and brought two 75-pound dogs. One of the rooms was handicap accessible. The roll-in shower had no lip to go over, which was great. The door to the bathroom also didn't conflict with the entry door, which we've seen in other hotels, so that was also great. We were close enough to the back door of the hotel where the dog walking area is located and could easily access that and then re-enter using our key. The room was clean and nicely-appointed. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant. I later heard them interacting with other folks in the Cupboard area, laughing and talking with them amiably. The place was also quiet. Our only surprise is that the area of town where the hotel is located is apparently the busiest part of Greenville, with an upscale mall very close and lots of other hotels and restaurants. This being mid-December, there was LOTS of traffic on Woodruff Road.
