Very nice property and rooms however we encountered very bad front desk/office staff. We pre-paid for the premium king suite room and had our confirmation with us but the front desk tried to give us a standard double room. The woman working the front desk did not care one bit that we were not getting what we paid for. When I asked her for a refund to go somewhere else or for the difference back in the room rate she said she was not authorized to give refunds. Then we started calling the Manager and the 1800CustomerService number from the lobby and it took an hour of phone calls to finally get us into the room type we paid for. The front desk told us that the person on the day shift had changed our reservation type but did not give a reason why. I asked how do you change a pre-paid reservation and not think the customer is going to be unhappy about it. I told her we prepaid and all we want is what we paid for or give me my money back, if your not giving me what I paid for then that is the same as stealing. It was a little shady that after a bunch of phone calls that the room type that we were told was oversold became available. Awful customer service at this property.

Service and stay was good. I would like to have had the continental breakfast but that is why I stay at holiday Inn. Over all this would be good for a longer stay than 2 days and would be good if I had my family visiting with me and wanted to cook at home. I think it was really cool that they had propane BBQ's available for use out by the pool side even though I didn't have a opportunity to use them.

Everything at the motel was outstanding, we loved the motel and everything about it. Was only 6 miles from the Shriners Hospital where my granddaughter had surgery. The staff were so friendly and helpful to us and awesome personality. We will stay there the net time we have to be there for granddaughter. The Shriners Hospital highly recommended you and was a great help with discounts offered.
