    With a couple of minor exceptions, the stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The minor exceptions were so minor, I did not notify staff (the energy saving lights were an occasional nuisance).

    I will likely stay there again when I am in town in 2 months.

    Disappointing stay

    I only stayed one night and that was enough
    - Was not greeted as a platinum member, nor was I offered bonus points / goody bag
    - 2 double beds instead of king (I requested king)
    - Dirty cutlery
    - only decaf coffee was provided in room
    - Hairdryer did not work
    - soap scum in the shower soap dish
    - Room felt unclean, I wonder if the bedding was changed on the "unused" double bed...which one was unused?! Just felt as though I was borrowing a room, not walking into a fresh one.
    DISGUSTED to find a used washcloth hanging from shower curtain rod...only noticed once I was in the shower. The entire experience felt unclean.

    No express check out, had to wait for them to find my name and was told the invoice would be emailed to me. Still waiting 2 weeks later.
    I will not stay at this location again. I previously stayed at another Candlewood suites not far away and it was a much better experience. This was not great from the moment I walked in until I left. My stay was approx. 14 hours, otherwise I would have complained on the spot. I noticed most issues in the morning
