What I mean is every question I asked like about the movies, food, the mall and what sites to see. They were all full of info and did not mind sharing. The lady that works on 2nd shift at the front desk is in one word Awesome, always a greeting with a warm smile and the fact the she is a great people person. Also I believe that she is a great asset to your team here. The whole team here works to make this a True home away from home, and for me that's a great feeling. Thank you for always providing a wonderful atmosphere. O yea almost for got the pool and hot tub outstanding. As well as the grounds are well kept. April 19, 2013

I have always used IHG hotels for my travel plans...however I had not, in the past, stayed at a Candlewood Suites property....this will definitely change in the future!! We arrived after a long drive to be greeted by a lovely staff member who was extremely helpful in getting us settled in and recommending a place to eat. We travel with our Westie, and he was made a fuss over by your staff...what a nice thing to do! Having the convenience of a full kitchen is wonderful, and the pantry concept is brilliant. We fully recommend this property and will definitely be staying again! Thanks!!! March 3, 2013

They have the best staff and management that go beyond the normal to ensure customers are satisfied. I'm a former Harrisburg resident and I asked for the local paper instead of the USA Today. Not a problem the local paper is at my door every morning. They have the best pillows you could ask for. Love this place. January 4, 2013

I have a full kitchen so I don't have to always go out, the gym and pool are great and CLEAN. The pantry is a little store that is great for my late night cravings. The staff here is wonderful, if I ever have a question or need anything they are always there for me. I have a dog and they are so good to her too. The pet walk area is huge out back. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Everything I need I travel 26 weeks out of the year and this i,s by far, the best of the "midrange" hotels I have stayed at. The gym and pool are a great way to unwind. The room is spacious and comfortable and doesn't give off the creepy cramped room hotel "vibe". Having a dvd player and a full kitchen including a fullsize fridge in the room are tremendous pluses. Granite countertops and a big bathroom make for a little added luxury. And the fact that you are within 15 minutes drive to every type of restaurant or shopping you might want doesn't hurt. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay We had to find a hotel because we were displaced by Sandy and I'm so glad we found this Candlewood the staff was great and very accommodating. They even had a bar-b-que for the guests in the hotel and did whatever they could to make us feel at home in a very difficult time. The rooms were great very spacious and even had a small kitchen with a fridge and stove-top that was perfect for cooking for my family. Overall was a positive experience when we needed one and we would love to visit again. November 7, 2012

We only stayed one night and were not aware that Candlewood Suites is tailored for extended stay guests. The room was very good and the rate for the room for the night was excellent. The rate was better than other conventional competitors nearby. We would definetly use candlewood Suites when they are near our travel destinations. October 12, 2012
