    Bring your earplugs

    The walls are paper thin and I found the beds uncomfortable. Other than that this place was near perfect. The kitchen in the room was nice, great location to 81 and other areas. Staff was ultra courteous. Quite reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. But bring those earplugs. Road noise not even an issue just the walls and noise level inside hotel. It's a shame because this would have been my go to hotel in the future.

    Great hotel, easy to access and clean. The beds are comfortable but the pillows are horrible. There was a bit of hallway noise but my room was next to the office which had something to do with this.

    Disappointed with this Candlewoods

    I had a late check in so this might be part of me receiving bad service. I was not recognized as a Platinum IHG member. I was not offered my 500 points or gift bag. The gentleman that checked us in was not pleasant at all. The Cupboard was VERY limited! The room was okay.

    I value customer service more than anything else and expect to be treated like a customer that matters.

    Convienent to training facility

    Clean room, heater would not shut off and in winter had to sleep with window open. Hair dryer didn't work was taken to rooms that were not clean - no portable hair dryer
