Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Did not get what we booked We had booked 2 suites with 2 double beds - 2 weeks in advance with confirmation. When we went there, the person at checkin said there was no suites available and asked us to "take it or leave it". We had to cramp ourselves in available small spaces. The person was not apologetic nor did they reduce the charges to the smaller room. We were charged the higher price or the suites. December 11, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice enough hotel but room REALLY needed updating The booking process was easy, the room rate was fair, and the staff were knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. The room, however, left much to be desired. The kitchen hadn't been updated (there was a photo of an updated kitchen in the lobby, which made my old kitchen that much more insulting). The chair, which was faux leather, was so worn in spots that the flaking-off faux leather bits came off on my clothes...I didn't use the chair at all. December 2, 2014
