Tratándose de un hotel en esta ubicación es incomprensible que no tenga un excelente servicio de Internet, tan importante para sus huéspedes.

The cleaning of the rooms has dropped off. I have seen less when it comes to cleaning of microwave and bathroom. Once they even forgot to put on the new bed spread, all I had was a sheet. The TV channel sticks at times.
