increased noise in your room if people were socializing in the lobby as the voices and noise just floated right up. This was a bit troublesome when people congregated there late at night. Also the room walls and floors are apparently very thin with little in any insulation as you can hear talking, walking, and water running from surrounding rooms. The room itself and the bathroom were nicely laid out. The beds were comfy. The fridge did not have a freezer area in it which is always a negative for me; however this seems to be a common thread with the newer models.
