Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, reasonable price, excellent staff We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel during our Finger Lake area vacation. The check in staff - Brandy and Adam were excellent - they helped us modify our reservation as our son, who was going to join us with his dog, could not. Brandy helped us change from two suites to one and also found a roll away cot. The kitchen facilities were nice, room was clean and well supplied. No problems what so ever. For a short period of time, the pass key machine broke and they had to use master pass for all guests, but it was really more work for them then the guests. The problem got resolved within hours and for our "inconvenience" they offered small gift certificate to use in cupboard to buy small snacks etc., Very nice of them. September 4, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room was ok, but temperature hard to control The room was very nice. But has one of those A/C-Heater units that alternates hot then cold all night long- we did not sleep well. Also, they allow pets here. This is nice if you have a pet, but not nice if you have allergies.... I don't know if you can get a "pet-free" room. August 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, convenient, and comfortable My wife and I were very pleased with this hotel during our recent overnight stay. We were greeted promptly and courteously by the front desk attendant, check in was a breeze. There was an appreciation table set up in the lobby with a nice selection of offerings. The room was spacious, and nicely appointed, and included a recliner. The full size refrigerator was a nice plus as well. Although we didn't use the kitchen other than the refrigerator, it would be really welcome for a longer stay, While the entire suite was spotless, my wife and I we really pleased with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The location is convenient to the interstate, local restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again when in the area. August 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay One of the best trips we've had. We drove a long way and arrived to find a nice, clean and comfortable suite. We didn't plan to stay twice, but had a last minute change in plans and contacted this property last minute. They were very helpful. We didn't quite get the same rate as our previous stay(two days earlier), but was still reasonable. Plus, this hotel is certainly worth the extra. The Tuesday customer appreciation meals just made it even better! NICE JOB CANDLEWOOD August 23, 2014
