Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 服務人員的態度可提升 如果能對入住賓客態度好一點. 分數會提升很多. 因為我們是一個家庭入住, 當天的天氣也比較冷. 在跟服務人員詢問是否可以有多的被子跟枕頭時, 直接說只有一個BLANKET但沒有枕頭, 應該也要去找一下, 而不是雙手一攤. 另外, 應該也要管理門口的Cart, 應該讓真的需要的人可以使用, 而不是在那裏白白空等. 我們等了20分鐘, 最後還是自己把行李拎下來. 其他的IHG 酒店 提供了較好的服務品質, 但我還是會嘗試其他家的CANDLEWOOD 酒店. December 2, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great ! The Candlewood Suites in Horseheads was great in every way. Staff were friendly and helpful in a very genuine way. The hotel was clean, heater / TV / internet all functional, and there was a 24 hour availability of food for purchase. There was a very personalized feel here. Would recommend, and would stay again November 28, 2014

The clean, quiet, friendly hotel was a welcome respite from a long day on the road. The value was excellent, and the staff friendly. We couldn't believe how huge the suite was! And the Outback Steakhouse in walking distance was just icing on the cake. Pleasant end to a pleasant, but long, day of driving. November 13, 2014
