Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Very unhappy The staff does not care about their customers. They don't greet, and they don't want to take care of the customer. The hot tub was not hot the whole two weeks I stayed there. Ants were invading the room numerous times during my stay, and the staff didn't seem to care....if there would have been another hotel closer to where I was working, I would have went there...warning....don't stay here....go next store at the staybridge! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mad Mtresses Shuttle bus driver is required to deliver paid riders to work before airport hotel guests toairport.We missed our flight! Unbelievable! This was not announced until we departed the hotel. Our protest did not matter. The driver must follow hotel management orders! All mattresses require replacement. Staff cannot help with this issue. It is management greed holding back expenditure for relplacement. October 21, 2014

The room was very comfortable and the desk was the perfect size for doing my daily computer work at night. The internet service was somewhat slow, so I was not able to download any large files that people had sent me. The shuttle to and from the airport was extremely convenient. October 20, 2014
