    Depends on What You Want. If you want good go to another location

    There is a reason this location is 25-45 dollars cheaper than all the locations in Houston. I'll start by saying this location is in a "low income" area. And based on the service of the front desk staff they are use to serving the people of the area. The friendliest staff is the cleaning staff. The young ladies at the front desk will not answer the phone so don't waste your time calling. I called from the room 3 times and they never answered. To get them to answer I had to call from my cell. If you have a question about anything related to the service of the room, they will not know they will tell you they have to ask management and you will never hear back from them. And if you keep asking they become short and rude. On the first night here I asked about wired internet #because they say they have it in all rooms on the website...but they do not# and while I was talking the lady hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone again. The furniture in the room is very worn. Now on to towels. Its best to buy your own. First they will only give a few and when you go to exchange them at the front desk and ask for the normal amount that should be in every room, they look like you have just ask for a free night. And again I say GO BUY YOUR OWN TOWELS. Two separate time when I went to the desk to get new towels I had to throw them right back into the dirty cloths basket in the room. WHY? Because there was hair on the towels. I have stayed at a couple other location in Houston and have NEVER experienced anything like this. Until I checked in I wondered why I had always booked other location and never the one right by the airport that I come and go in, but I was quickly reminded. From service, to friendliness, to cleanliness to professionalism this Candlewood suites is well below the others. I'm sure the people of the area that come and go would not notice that this place is dead last when compared to the others. BUT I and many others who come due to business will see it clearly. PICK ANOTHER LOCATION, the extra 25-40 dollars will be worth it.

    Always a most pleasurable stay...Excellent management & staff!

    As always I definitely enjoy my stays at your Candlewood Suites IAH/Beltway 8 location. The staff is most excellent in their service to guests. I would continue to recommend yours as a rewarding and excellent lodging experience.

    The only recommendation that I have is that the bed pillows would be that of better size (particularly beyond standard or full size) and comfort for the beds.

    Apart from my recommendation, I continue to say to all my friends and acquaintances that, Candlewood Suites IAH/Beltway 8 is a most wonderful hotel and lodging experience!!!

    Keep up the awesome work! Your managers and staff are to be commended for and excellent job!!!

    Looking forward to my next stay!

    Property is nice, but staff/management need training

    I would not recommend this property based on my experience with the staff and management, however the property was nice and the room was comfortable. There was no TV service for the 36 hours of my visit. I was offered some points for the inconvenience and the staff or manager didn't follow through with what was promised. When I called to speak to the manager to discuss the issue, my call was never returned and the staff member who took the message was not trained on how to take a message.

    Great service!

    The staff was extremely accommodating during the stay. The cable service was not available when I checked in but the staff kept me informed of the service and just a couple of hours TV services were 100% available.
