Everyone has been and continues to be very responsive to my needs and has made sure everything with my stay to date is satisfactory. Also, the availability of appliances for cooking, toasting, juicing, and cooking with a crock pot has extended my range of options for meals. That is a huge benefit.

The stay was really memorable. I stayed for couple of times and it was a pleasant experience. The rooms are big and neatly designed. A very comfortable bed and sitting arrangement. Utensils provided were just what we look for. The staffs were polite and helpfull.
The point to improve - Room cleaning should be more frequent.

A great find, and a great night's stay. We wanted to just sit around in the hotel all day the next day, just to relax and recharge, because it was so comfortable. Will undoubtedly stay here again if we are in the area overnight and in need of a hotel.

Was not happy with the service at all. The rooms were nice, but the halls smelled of worn and old carpet. Even though we were in the non-smoking section you could still smell it a little. The bathrooms do not have fans so they steam up easily when you shower, which makes you sweat, and nobody wants to sweat after a shower.
I did like that it was quiet. The rooms had pretty much anything you could need. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of lighting and plenty of outlets to charge our phones. The bathroom was spacious and I like that the sink was inside the bathroom. Overall if they hadn't messed up our reservation and if we'd had better customer service I think we would have had a more pleasant stay.

I was very pleased with the upkeep and cleanliness of this property. The room was very comfortable with plenty of space for myself and my two dogs. The bathroom was large and bright. The outside was clean, free of litter, freshly mowed and had a very nice area for my dogs, including doggie do-do bags and trash container, The property was well lit at night.
However, I was not as happy with the desk clerk. I was not greeted as an IHG Club member. I was not given a welcome pack. When I checked out, I was not thanked for staying nor invited back. All I was told when I turned in my keys was that was all. I was not given a receipt of any sort.
I am, by the way, a Platinum Elite member and would stay at another location just because of the desk clerk except that the property was very clean and comfortable for me and my dogs and was next door to three different types of restaurants.

Every time we come to Houston we stay at this hotel. Always great customer service. A couple of times our DVD player didn't work and our last stay the freezer in our room wasn't cold enough to keep our ice cream cold. It was minor stuff so I didn't bring it to their attention until I was checking out. The lady at the front desk was very nice and even comped us for our ice cream and all the items we bought from their pantry. They always make us want to come back. I love this hotel!
