    The Staff where great and the room was clean. My two main problem with this hotel was the fact that they gave me a small office sized trash can and only cleaned the trash out once a week, and the internet was flaky and you had to log in to a web browser every couple hours even during continuous use.

    NIce place, wireless internet needs help

    Not much to complain about. Decent place to stay and like the full size kitchen to cook meals. only three complaints are: 1) microscopically thin trash bags tear EVERY time I use them, 2) Pillows way too soft for my taste and 3) wireless internet has FREQUENT interruptions.
    Staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any problem.

    Dear Billyishous, Thank you for your review and the kind words you had for our staff. Customer service is something we take very seriously and it is nice to hear from the guests when it pays off. We are working with our IT company to fix the issues with our internet service and hope to have it worked out very soon. Your comments help us to keep track of what is occuring so we know where to guide them so thank you for that as well. I agree with you on the issue of the trash bags. Unfortunately they are a brand standard and we are required to purchase them but with your comments we can forward them to hopefully get a change in product.     Dear mmmmmm555, Thank you for the wonderful review. We take great pride in the service that our staff provides and it is very nice to see when it pays off for the guests. Because most of our guests are long term stays there are alot of ways they prefer to have their billing done and it seems to be easier for our guests to make a stop at the front desk to let us know of any changes before we run their final bill out. I hope that you will return and give us the opportunity to serve you again. Thank you again for the positive input for our staff.

    Candlewood Maxi Rd Houston

    I highly recommend this property. I have stayed here several times over the past few years. They take care good care of me when I travel to Houston as do all Candlewood locations when I travel.
