Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service, Horrible Rooms First of all we had to switch rooms three times. 1. Heavy walkers above us. 2. Bed was falling apart. 3. I had to clean the room (closet door covered in mildew) by this time it was late and we were too tired to leave. Our backs were hurting the next morning & I noticed a picture on the wall filled with mildew as well. Disgusting... Over priced September 5, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Wouldn't stay again Upon check in, I was provided with a room that had not been cleaned. The room had food and paper thrown all over the bed, floors, and counter tops. Upon asking for an alternate room, as I approached the second rooms door, and I realized it had been opened already. I wasn't sure if someone was cleaning it, or if something was wrong with the room provided that the door was left open. As a result, I went ahead in, and ensured it was safe before settling in. The room was not up to standards regarding cleanliness. I had a two night booking. Furthermore, the room was not attended to / cleaned after day 1 ( which I am confident is industry standard to at least replinish towels). Very disappointed with the stay as I have had good experiences with other Candlewood locations in the past. I will not be staying at this location in the future, and certainly will not be recommending to anyone for their stay. September 3, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel location was not great. Although it says Candlewood Galleria, in reality it is pretty far away, about 3 miles. Overall good experience. August 28, 2014

Bed was just a Queen but very comfortable along with soft pillows. Overall an excellent trip. August 25, 2014

I thought to myself,' this cant be a very classy hotel because the employees where normal and the lobby was small.'(first impression . OK) Looks are deceiving! Your staff,Beatrice and Jose,who had duty the 3day/ nights we stayed,where very kind and helpful in many ways. They made me feel so at home. Great personalities!! Positive attitudes and very responsive to our needs. Definitely a "class act"! I will most definitely will stay again. Loved the "honor system" at the cupboard.
