    lack of reponse by motel to my concerns

    side entry door would not allow access using key card, only one washing machine in service for 2 weeks

    Nice facility

    I enjoyed my stay. The facility was not that easy to find as the sign was hard to see. The check in process was easy and quick. The room was clean, bed comfortable and check out a breeze. I also used the fitness room and it was clean and the machines were in all working order. Will stay here again!

    The experience at this hotel was totally unacceptable
    Between the rude staff and the broken couch I probably wouldn't try again. Sadly I wanted to do more business with Holiday Inn but I'm treated better at your competitor
