    Everything was broken and not taken care of

    I had moved room 3 times. first room wasn't cleaned, second room my food all melted cause the fridge was broken, third room the garbage disposal was broken and the maintenance man left the stuff he drained on my counter top. The cleaning staff only works seldom hours. And IHG and the manager did not offer extra points or comped nights in lieu of the awful expirience. i was there for 21 days and will not be going back.

    Garbage lined hallways and dirty rooms

    This Hotel was beyond dirty. I was there for 10 days and my room was NEVER cleaned during the entire stay. Not only was the room not cleaned, fresh towels provided, or the bed linins changed, I also had to walk out of my room and past a row of stinking garbage every morning on my way to work. This garbage was not outside as one might expect, it was actually INSIDE the hotel, left in the hallway buy other guests. The smell of garbage, combined with the smell of stale grease and body odor we enough to make me gag as I walked through the hall to my room. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel, and I have stayed at hotels in 3rd world countries. I sincerely hope that you can find a better way to serve your guests in the future because, barring a miracle, you lost at least one guest in me.
