We have stayed her 2 x. Both times excellent service, rooms and staff. Great price and our most recent trip-the room have been renovated beautifully. The staff was very helpful and provided everything we needed. Will stay again if we return to Huntsville. Highly recommended!!!

What a great stay!!!! Simply Stellar. My daughter and I stayed here for a night during a soccer event, and from the moment we walked into the property we were treated like we were VIP's. The spin the wheel promo earned my daughter a stuffed animal, and we got a sample of snacks as priority members. We enjoyed the snacks while borrowing DVD from the collection at the front desk. My daughter, who has become quite the road warrior with travel soccer loved this hotel. Thanks for a great stay.

I stayed at this Candlewood Suites for 27 days. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is location is convenient to all of Huntsville, Redstone Arsenal and the Jetplex Industrial area. The hotel recognizes the limitation of its exercise room and compliments this with a free membership to a local gym, The gym is only minuets away and easy to get to. This was a very nice surprise. I would stay here again and definitely recommend Candlewood Suites to anyone with an extended stay in Huntsville.

This was my second stay at this location. The rooms both visits were very clean and still seemed "new" even though it has been a short while now since the property was remodeled. It was as though I was the very first guest. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. I didn't really use the cupboard but I did look at it. It appeared well stocked and organized. I think it is a great value for professionals, exectutives and families. I plan to repeat often as I return to the Huntsville area.

If you have stayed here before like I have you will be pleasantly surprised by the great upgrades due to the renovation. The staff is always very helpful and the kitchen provides convenience so you don't have to eat out every meal.

Candlewood is a very concept as I notice many hotels are offering full kitchens for convenience. The room was fair to good. Unfortunately, during my stay, I had to call the front to request that they call the guests in 238 about their noise (heavy wlaking and bumping). They left the next day and another guest moved in and I had the same problem. I called myself and it was a female guest and I was surprised becuase the fottsteps seemed to indicate that the person was mcuh heavier. This lead me to believe there is no sound insulation in the floors/ceilings. Also, there was a fire alarm on the morning of my departure (or the day before). There was a loss of hot water for almost a full day and I was unable to take a shower before going to class. There was also another unexplained mishap with the water in which the hall leading to my room was filled with noise blowers for almost my entire stay. I was also very unhappy with the policy of only providing room service once a week. If for no other reason, I will probably NOT use Candlewood again. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I was told that I was given 10,000 points for the inconvenience of the hot water and I am supposed to receive another 1,000 points for the spin the wheel game upon checking in. They also need a few more utensils in the rooms. Overall, my stay was OKAY but I would not write home and brag about it. Though the location is very convenient to the location that I had to go to on a daily basis.

We spent three nights in an updated one bedroom suite, and we were pleased with everything about it. There was storage for everything, clothing or food items or toiletries. Bathroom was large. Bedroom had good linens and ample walking space. Wi-Fi was available and free. DVDs were available to check out for free from the office. We stayed at this place last year also, and like the location as it is in a quiet area, but very convenient to shopping and restaurants. . We loved the set-up of the suite since it had a kitchen area, place for computers and eating, a full living room and bedroom. We will definitely stay here again, and since we previously lived in Huntsville, we plan a return visit. Candlewood has a winner with this!
