Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No Room Service Just want to make people aware this hotel is an extended stay hotel. So that was unusual for me. I had to go down to get more morning coffee packets each day, etc. they didn't service the room until after I checked out. My particular room smelled of curry - strong smell, which tapered down over the 5 days I was there. Not much one can do about that if a guest is cooking strong-spiced foods in the room prior to other guests I suppose. Overall it was an okay stay, main point was to mention the hotel is set up to be a long-stay hotel. IMO, the price is a bit high for that. December 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Best Place By Indianapolis Airport!!! I have stayed at this property multiple times in the last month. The staff is always ready to help out, and welcoming when I arrive. They recognize me when I walk in the door already! The rooms are spacious and clean. I have been in several rooms on multiple floors and have always had a great night. Other hotels in the area are on the flight path into the airport, and one even supplies earplugs in the room! If you are planning to stay in the Indianapolis area near the airport, this is the place to go to! November 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HIDDEN GEM II had called this Candlewood Suites location after booking and spoke with Rachel the assistant manager. I know this because she identified herself by name and title. I found her stern demeanor unacceptable and ended up cutting off the call. I booked another hotel and decided to wait and cancel my reservations right before the deadline. The night before my state conference I called and spoke with another person and this time I received the proper respect and attitude that I have come to expect from the IHG brand. I was quite impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance given this location. The other guests were quite a colorful group but the room was quiet. The only recommendation I might make is more lighting in the parking lot. But then I always think that. November 17, 2014

I can say that this stay, when reviewing the amenities and condition of the suite, will encourage me to look more closely at staying in Candlewood locations in the future November 17, 2014
