We stayed for 3 nights while attending the NHRA races, it was a nice hotel, large room, all the kitchen ware to use to cook with if you wanted to. Nice snack bar to purchase just about everything. We will stay here next year. September 3, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by okay I had read the highly rated reviews so was even more surprised by my experience -- not recognized as Rewards member despite being Gold level, being placed in "accessible" room (I had water all over the floor from the shower), not even being thanked or asked how my stay was. I was only there one night and obviously this is intended for a longer stay so perhaps that was the issue. Room was fine, bathroom mostly clean. August 27, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sofa bed Fold-out sofa beds are never comfortable and I'm well aware of that but I always hope I may find one that may be slightly more comfortable than most. Unfortunately that was not the case during my stay at this hotel but I don't blame the hotel. August 21, 2014

I was exhausted....arrived on Wednesday and before I could even check in, the staff had a "Customer Appreciation" event in the lobby..... hot dogs, chips, drinks, great desserts etc..... free....lots of guests sitting around and chatting...... heck yes..... a free dinner and fun people..... Rooms were awesome..... kitchen area was nice..... though I did not use it...... The "Candlewood Cupboard" was a room with snacks, small meals , drinks etc...... just slide your money in the slot..... Simply genius..... they had toiletries, milk etc..... Grabbed breakfast and lunch there on two different days..... The staff was extremely nice and friendly...... helpful...... I was originally in a Red Roof Inn but they were booked for Wednesday through Saturday..... Candlewood pulled a few strings and got me in..... which was greatly appreciated ! I have stayed in some outstanding and expensive hotels in my day BUT..... this place made me feel "right at home"..... Simply a great experience ! August 6, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service Upon check-in, the front desk agent was very unpleasant. She seemed annoyed by the fact that myself and my colleagues wanted to put our rooms in our own names with our IHG rewards numbers. She took told us that she changed the information in her system, all while having a bad attitude. Providing information about the hotel amenities seemed like a chore, and when we inquired about restaurants in the area, she seemed to get even more annoyed. Upon check-out the next morning, I noticed that my bill still had my colleagues information on it. I had to call after my departure to get it changed. I was supposed to receive a call back from a manager but never did. I really hope my company does not book rooms for us at this property again. Very frustrating and disappointing. July 28, 2014
