I'm so impressed with how clean the rooms were. The staff was so friendly and very courteous. I would highly recommend! Oh! Be warned that in our party, more than just one of us, using a GPS system sends you on wild goose chase. Use Google maps to find hotel, right off the 405/Bristol. November 26, 2014

The facilities for the meeting dinner were fine, but it would have been nice to have a wireless microphone (rather than only the DJ's wired microphone) to pass around when we were each asked to introduce ourselves and talk about ourselves from our seats, because it was very difficult to hear many of the attendees in the large room. Otherwise, the hotel was comfortable and clean, and a good value for the money. November 19, 2014

HOWEVER- there was no view.There was a huge wall outside my window which stopped any sort of view.I would prefer a room facing over the pool.The room allocated was 331. cheers November 18, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Misrepresented shuttle, feather pillows, no bottled water They misrepresented their shuttle service to me, which proved to be an extreme inconvenience because I had a peroneal tendinitis which severely limited my weight bearing and walking. There is no mention on the web page about the feather pillows and comforters. Since some of my allergic symptoms continued even after some of the pillows and one of the comforters were replaced, I can only wonder if there were feathers somewhere else in the room or dust mites. They did not have complimentary bottled water. I do not drink caffeinated or alcoholic beverages, but I do drink 2 quarts of water per day, and I appreciate complimentary bottled water or at good prices. November 15, 2014

Check in is at 3pm but since the hotel is fully booked they let me checked-inn at 7:30.but then they offered me complimentary breakfast which is i am not impress cause in my PLATINUM level breakfast should be complimentary. theres no free snacks or drinks.youre just complimentary internet like all hotels.. i am switching my loyalty to another hotel. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk Manager Lack Customer Skill I have stayed in this hotel several times in the past and was very satisfied with the way I was treated by staff. But on this particular stay, the Front Desk Manager was very unaccommodating to requests, which by the way I've made in the past visits and had no problems, and had very poor customers service skills and acted like he is the owner of the hotel and does not care to treat Platinum Elite member properly and appropriately recognize them. Because of this experience I will never return to this hotel. There are a lot of choices to go to and I will bring my business to other hotels who value their customers and will go the extra mile to make their stay a good experience. November 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location Great Service This was a short trip to visit our son who was attending the NPS taking place that week at your facility. We drove from San Jose which is about a 7 hour drive. Upon arrival we looked forward to taking a warm shower and had dinner at the restaurant. Everything worked out perfectly. We had a few drinks at the bar after dinner, had breakfast and were ready for our return trip to San Jose the next morning after a good night's sleep. The long and the short of this quick turn around trip was, everything worked our perfectly. All expectations were fully met at this one location and our mission was accomplished. While it was a bit crazy to drive 14 hours to spend only two hours with our son, staying at the Crown Plaza made it worth the while. November 11, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by shuttle service The hotel is fine. I like to stay there due to shuttle service . The morning driver is amazing -- efficient, personable. the afternoon driver is problematic. The shuttle requires a large step into seating. The morning driver respects the needs of the users, the afternoon driver did not (at least that was my experience). I have bad knees which preclude large steps. Morning driver provided a solution, afternoon driver did not. After a couple of days of this, I elected to walk the mile to the hotel rather than engaging the shuttle. November 2, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A Pleasant Stay Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Beds were very comfortable, noise level very minimal and the staff were attentive and accommodating. We had one snafu upon arrival but it was minor and quickly remedied by the great staff. We were given free breakfast the next morning for the inconvenience even though we didn't ask for any. We had the Grilled Crostini during happy hour - Oh my that was sooooooooo good! Do be aware of what you order at the bar. Some of the high end drinks can run you $40. We were expecting a high price for what we ordered but not quite that much. Lesson learned! We enjoyed the jacuzzi after business was done for the day. They do enforce the closing time of the pool/jacuzzi so be aware of the time. They're open until 10pm. We had plenty of time to relax! October 27, 2014

The sleep kits really work. What I like the best is the staff attitude. Its rare to experience this personal caring attention from all the staff right from the maintenance people to the check in staff. Attitude is everything and this hotel delivers on all levels. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Clogged Shower Head and Bathtub Drain, Dead Spiders in Bathroom We, husband, wife and 2 kids, stayed for 2 nights from 10/17-10/18 in room 134. The beds are quite comfortable. That was all the pleasant feeling ended. First night, we found out that the overhead shower was clogging. Water was barely dripping when water turned full power. We have to using handheld shower head. Bathtub drain was also clogging, 1-2 inch mained in the tub even after finish showering. We also found dead spiders on the bathroom floor and counter. Even though we booked a room of four, only three towels were provided. The next morning tried to have coffee in the room and found that it wasn't working. All the problems above were reported to front desk around 9:30AM and received a promise that maintenance and room service will take a look and fix the problem. We returned to the hotel room at night and everything has not been looked at or fixed. There was no feedback from hotel staff. Overhead shower was still clogging, bathtub was still 1-2 inch of water when finish showering and three towels has to be shared with 4 people. Coffee maker was not still not working. On the morning of check-out day, we moved our stuff to the car around 10AM and was not able to get back to the hotel room. We was informed that the battery of the door lock was dead after walking back and forth between front desk and the room a couple times to re-activate the key card unsuccessfully. It was a very disappointing experience for all of us. Hotel staff seemed to be careless of issues guest has reported. October 23, 2014

Staff was excellent in moving her to another room and were very attentive to our needs, always friendly. Manager credited us for the room. Couldn't ask for more. October 21, 2014
