Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by room cleanning the housekeeping ppl were very nice, but when I asked for my room to be vacuumed she said she wasn't allowed. The only place I have stayed where I had to vacume and take out my own trash. December 20, 2014

She is a clear asset to the hotel industry, that location and the brand. Please learn from this representative as she is a true leader. See you all in Jacksonville on my next trip. Oh... Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Good - Almost Great The Hotel is a little difficult to find but once found it is easy to move about and get in and out. Mobile carts were readily available for use in moving luggage etc. Bed was *very* comfortable and sleep wasn't a problem. The staff are terrific and very attentive. The only issues I had were: TV Channel selection (not enough) and the room temperature unit. It blows icy cold air when cooling and sweltering desert air when heating. There's no gentle middle ground. Thankfully, I was there when the temperatures were in the 60s and 70s, so the unit didn't need to be on much. November 12, 2014

I generally prefer to stay at Staybridge Suites but they were sold out that day. This was a nice alternative however without the perks of a Staybridge property. Close to food October 26, 2014
