    It was a good value and had excellent service. The $6.00 coupon for breakfast at the Hyvee was not a good value. We would have been better off just ordering off the menu.

    Dear None of your business/ 2, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and that you received the excellent service we are known for! I apologize that the breakfast voucher did not end up being a good value for you! Some of the menu options at Hyvee are less than $6.00, but the voucher also includes a free medium sized beverage, and usually by the time you add the two together it comes out to more than $6.00. Once in awhile, though, it is indeed more economical to order from the restaurant directly. We like having it as an option for the times when it would be more expensive to do so.     This was the first time at this Candlewood Suites and it met all my needs. The service was fast and efficient and the hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very tidy. I would recommend this Candlewood Suites to my friends.

    Don't expect breakfast

    I was not aware that this property did not provide a free beakfast. The front desk and reservation staff was 10 out of 10 helpful, facilititating a late check in for this business traveler.

I apologize that you were not informed that we don't have a free breakfast. All of our rooms have full kitchens, and breakfast is available for purchase in our Candlewood Cupboard. You can purchase ready to eat breakfast items in there, or make breakfast in your room. You should have been informed of this when you checked in, and I'm sorry that you weren't. I will address this with my staff, so we are not causing confusion for future guests. I'm very happy to hear that you found our staff to be very helpful, and that we were able to accommodate a late check in for you! I'm sure that as a business traveler, a hassle free check-in and stay are very important to you. We strive to be as helpful and friendly as possible for each of our guests, so there are no problems.
