They were always very friendly and would wave or wish me a good day when I walked by the front desk. It made my extended stay feel a lot more like home October 24, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the money The front desk staff is pretty cold. The two girls talked to each other while I was waiting to check out. At 6:30 a/m/ in the morning, I had to let the shower run more than 15 minutes to get hot water. The toilet seat was so high that my heels could not touch the floor----I'm 5'8. The A/C was very noisy. The tram was right outside the window, but the noise was limited. October 22, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good value, clean and comfortable. This was the first time we had stayed at a Candlewood and were well impressed. The location was perfect for our visit to New York City as the views of Manhattan are great and given that it’s situated between the 2 PATH stations going to either the World Trade Centre or Mid-town, made it even more convenient. This is a much better value for money option than staying in New York City and there are plenty of good places to eat in the neighbourhood which is clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms well equipped, comfortable and clean. The only thing to bear in mind is that the rooms are not serviced (which I suppose helps keep the costs lower) and we could not find a safe in the room – although we had no issues around theft. The walls did seem a bit thin and you could hear some noises from the passage and adjacent rooms but not to the point where it was a problem. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are travelling to NYC or Jersey City. October 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service - Service is really good.. - Staff are really good including all the staff.. cleaning staff, front desk, engineer all.. - I would like to appreciate Ruth, Rozy and Sule for their really good communication and help they provide to me during my stay. --One small suggestion when ever they come for cleaning room they should clear everything at one go.. they first took to bed sheets and after while ago.. they come for make the bed.. so i would suggest when ever they come for the cleaning they should have all the things with them and finished at one go.
