They welcome me by my name every visit and are always welcoming to my 2 little pups every time we are traveling to Jonesboro. Mallory and Randall both have made this hotel one of the best that I stay at. Another plus, a lot of Candlewood Suites will only have one AC unit in the suites which makes it really hard to cool the room that actually has the bed in it. The Candlewood in Jonesboro doesn't have this problem because there is an AC unit in the living area AND the bedroom. September 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always have a great stay! We've stayed at this hotel 15-20 times over the past three years and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and very accommodating, the room is clean and comfortable, and the price is excellent, especially considering the amenities, such as a kitchen in each room. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Jonesboro and always recommend Candlewood Suites to Jonesboro visitors. September 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and clean rooms. My overall stay at Candlewood Suites in Jonesboro, AR was very good. The front desk staff was very friendly and accomodating. They greeted us everytime we came into or out of the building. The room was clean with plenty of towels, pillows, and bedding. The room temperature was also nice and cool (it was a very hot day, so this was nice to walk into). At checkout time, the receipt was ready and no problems-easy checkout. I recommend this place to anyone who is traveling for business or for vacation. September 2, 2014

We had never been to Arkansaas so didn't know what to expect. The company there made us reservations at Candlewood. From the time I walked in until we left a week later we felt like we were visiting family!! We have been back four times since then and its like coming home. All the staff are so attentive of our every need, including the best places to eat, where to find anything we need. I would recommend Candlewood to anyone who would like a safe, friendly and comfortable place to stay!!!! August 27, 2014
