I only had one day of having key isses which was taken care of promptly. Overall, great stay. August 25, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great option at Kansas City Airport I recently stayed two nights at the Candlewood Suites. The hotel staff was excellent and the facility was very clean and well maintained. If I had any negative comment at all it had to do with the room air conditioner unit that was just a bit loud when it was operating. Otherwise the hotel was a top notch choice. August 19, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and experience like always Candlewood Suites is always great. I've stayed at Ohare and two in Kansas City and they've always been wonderful. The internet speed is a bit slow but it's adequate for my needs; it's probably average for any hotel. The overall experience is great, and I love the free laundry when traveling. August 13, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Hotel The parking area did not have sufficient spaces for the hotel. The housekeeping staff was inconsiderate. There was only one nightstand next to a king size bed. Room was dirty. I will not be staying here again. August 12, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Horribe Service The front staff was rude and disrespectful to the guest that was accompanying me. There was not enough parking to accommodate all the guests. The main common areas of the hotels were kept at an uncomfortably warm temperature considering the outside temperatures were in the 100s. Only half of the washers in the laundry area were working. It was nearly impossible to get extra blankets and pillows for the pullout bed. Only one was provided and when we requested a second, the front desk staff rudely responded "Well you got one." Despite IHG having my guest's name on the reservation, the hotel manager declined a package that was imperative for our work event. When we brought this to the manager's attention, she denied the name being on the reservation and did not apologize for declining the package. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I've had at an IHG property. Other than it's convenience to our work events, it was a poor hotel. I would not recommend it to my friends or colleagues to stay in in Kansas City. July 30, 2014
