    Good hotel but No Parking

    The overall experience was good. Great location close to the Airport and 20-30 minutes from downtown KC. The staff were decent to interact with but seemed to have other things to do. My major complaint is that this location has very limited parking spaces. I came back late at night after working all day and could not find a space to park. I had to park in the neighboring hotel's lot which also had very few spaces. Thank you.

    We would like to thank you for your feedback as it helps us to improve on guest satisfaction. I would like to address your concerns in both your reviews starting with the parking issue. With the layout of both hotels it does leave little room for Candlewood Guest to park, as of the first of the year we have posted parking signs to help indicate Candlewood Suites Parking. We also are working closely with the other hotel to direct their guest to park on the south side of their building. We strive to treat all our guest as if they are guest in our own home, with that being said there are times when the level of business enables us to spend one on one time with our guest as we would like to.

    Good Hotel but no where to park.

    I was staying at this Hotel for work. I do understand it is designed for extended stays and maybe if I was there longer I would have a different review. I was there 2-Nights Friday and Saturday. The location was great for access to the Airport and was about 20 minutes for downtown KC. Overall I had a good experience with the hotel. The staff were okay to interact with but seem like they were just doing their jobs.
    The only issue or complaint would have to be is there very limited on parking spaces.Friday night parking was fine but I worked 16 hours on Saturday returning after 10:00 PM and there was absolutely no parking spaces in the hotel lot. I had to park in the next hotel's lot; which there were only 2 open spaces. Thank you.

    Reserved 2 rooms, one for my husband and I, and one for my dad. I also purchased a pizza for my dad and asked the front desk to hold it until my dad arrived a bit later. The gentleman (different than the girl who checked me in) wouldn't have remembered if my husband wasn't there by chance when my dad arrived. Every Candlewood I've stayed in also has a breakfast so I was disappointed that this one didn't! Rooms were clean and comfy!

    Dvarlas, We appreciate you doing a review on our hotel. Candlewood Suites as a chain hotel doesn't offer a complimentary breakfast. We do have breakfast items in the Candlewood Cupboard for your to purchase. I will speak with the staff about letting the next person on duty know of important information.     Best Candlewood I've Seen

    This hotel has comfortable beds and friendly staff to go along with a new and modern building. A few minor items here and there, but nothing to complain about at this hotel.
