Very clean - comfortable bed - stayed a month and half - huge desk for all my computer gear and equipped kitchen - I will definitely come back - love Tennessee!!!

Over the past several years I have made Candlewood Suites my primary choice when travelling. The price/value equation just can't be beat. I was exceptionally impressed with this location in Knoxville. I felt as if I were in a Five Star Hotel that one could expect a premium in excess of $250-300 per night. In a separate survey, I stated this particular location is the "Gold Standard" for the entire IHG Hotel organization and should be emulated by all other locations. At 65 years of age, I've spent a lifetime in various hotels throughout the world.....I am extremely impressed and applaud Candlewood Suites-Knoxville for their professionalism. It was clearly evident to me, each and every member of the staff is very proud of their product. If you stayed somewhere else while in Knoxville, you cheated yourself!!!

I stayed at Candlewood Suites while work was being done on my house. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The suites are comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We travel a lot and this is by far the best place we stay. We enjoy it in every aspect. The only drawback is that even though we have stayed there many times and been recognized as Priority Club Members, it did not happen this last time, until we asked.

I have stayed here before and the quality of the property and staff are great. I did have a leaking (severly) toilet. I hope everything worked out. The leak was beyond anyone's control and the staff were professional and couteous.

Of all IHG properties, Candlewood is our favorite. Comfortable, clean, the ability to prepare food in your room, are all qualities offered that we appreciate. Only slight problem this time....No half and half in the Candlewood Cupboard for our morning coffee. Other than that, another great stay at Candlewood, Knoxville.

I arrived on a cold, rainy late evening and was quickly and professionally served by Chris. All my check in documents were ready and waiting. I had asked for a ground floor room if available, it was and was most spacious and extremely comfortable. Excellent value for the money; easy to find and access. Just off the I-40 with restaurants near by. Next time I'm in the area, I know where I'll be staying.

We are looking to Knoxville and stayed at this Candlewood Suites twice in 2 weeks with our 2 dogs. The staff was great the first time and played with our dogs and was EXCEPTIONAL our second stay. They remembered who we were and of course the dogs. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable for us and our furry children. Thanks to Jen who gave us suggestions on where to look for homes, but also made us feel welcomed as new Knoxville residents.
