Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Wonderful rooms I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. On this stay the hair dryer was too hot and singed my hair and the filter basket on the coffee maker was broken. Overall, however I love this hotel and will stay here again in the future. December 18, 2014

Only complaint was that our bathroom's towels and shower curtain smelled like smoke, but we told the front desk when we checked out the next morning and they seemed genuinely concerned and acted like they would attend to it. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not so clean and room smells After checking into our room I did a quick QC of the room. I am a former multiple unit GM. Some areas that need improvement. Spider webs or just a heavy dust all around the ceiling, stain on the bed sham. The Door Viewer, you cannot see out. Big security issue. After cleaning the rooms, a little spray of air freshener would help. Room had an odor that smelled like someone had lived there for months. Coffee pot was not working. TV in the room is way to small for the distance from the bed. Tub had no plug so soaking in a nice hot bath was out of the question. The day of checking out, stepped out of the shower and a large bug was running across the floor in front of the bathroom door. Swimming pool is in need of some servicing. The paint is peeling from the bottom of the pool giving it a very dirty green look. Hallway carpet is wrinkled. This was my first time staying in a Candlewood Suites. I was not impressed by the interior, looked vary poor. Looks like not much money was put into this hotel. I have managed a HI Express in the past. I know the standards that IHG enforces, it has been a few years since, maybe they have lowered their standards. For a newer hotel it appears old. I had managed a hotel that was over 60 years old and was in better condition than this hotel and was ranked high among my COMP set. I now run three locations for the federal government, you want to talk about high standards? November 25, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay I would recommend this hotel of all the hotels I have stayed in. the Staff is great and they have helped me through my difficult travel plans which could be one day to two weeks. The Manger and Casey have been nothing but great they have made my stay less stressful and have accommodated every stay. To all of the staff that make this hotel a five star hotel.
