During my stay at the Candlewood I experience something that was unlike any other. The bed was extremely comfortable. This place has the most friendly staff and someone is available 24 hours. I checked in and was informed of all the amentities and mini store that was there for my use. The cupboard had everything you could think of from snacks to sodas and candy. My bill very accurate during check out and I saw the same smiling faces throughout my stay. I will definately be back her for another stay.

The room I've got was directly above the hotel laundry room. (204)
There is a gigantic tube under the window blowing out a terrible noisy sound.
I did not sleep a wink! Highway was hearable but not annoying.
Changing the room was refused. Employee promised a call from the manager. Nothing happened!!

The staff is great. They are always friendly and willing to help. The room are clean, quiet and furnishings are in excellent condition. Excellent location to North side of Orlando and convenient to 417 toll road to miss the traffic getting to the South side of town

I traveled to the Lake Mary area and found this hotel to be exactly what I was looking for. The location of this facilty was great and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. I arrived late that night and to my surprise there was an actual person to check me in and I didn't have to figure things out like the other hotels I have been to recently. I highly recommend the Candlewood Suites in Lake Mary, FL for any type of stay you are looking for. Oh and the plus side to the hotel they have free breakfast in the morning and a small store as well. I have already made our next reservation when we return in the summer!!

My partner and I had a great stay at this hotel. They had just recently renovated with new carpet, bedding and lobby upgrades which was nice. Everytime I have stayed here I have found the staff exceptional, really, I rarely recieve the caliber of service they tend to provide.
