    Clean comfortable room and convenient

    Nothing great nothing bad. Stayed here on business and the experience was positive. Candlewood Suites met my expectations and is now on my list of preferred hotels.

    Works in a pinch-maybe...

    Let me start off by saying the staff was super friendly and did everything they could and i really want them to know they did a great job. It was also Christmas that week so who knows what the deal was, but we seemed to get a surprise a day. Each day we would either wake up to no hot water, miss the cleaning staff, cable would go out and the work out gear seemed to not work.. On top of all this, the bed was not comfortable. We booked a queen and we got a full sized bed-so it seemed. Not happy... I was promised extra points due to the failures. We will see how that turns out.

    Average hotel with nothing around it. Average room. Bathroom run down a little. Not the best and not the worst hotel I've stayed in.

    Comfortable Room

    Stayed at the Candlewood Suites the night before a conference. My friend came with me. The front desk was accommodating in extending his check out a couple of hours the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful- assisted us in directions to a local store and even let us use a deck of cards they had in the office. I was impressed with the little store on site where you could buy food and drinks to have/make in the kitchen of the room. The room itself was comfortable and spacious. The towels were large and fluffy and the whole placed even SMELLED clean. I would definitely stay at another Candlewood Suites when traveling.
