Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Accomodating Service and Friendly Staff Was a one-night stay. Was up in Vegas to celebrate a friends birthday. At my request, the lady at the check-in counter was able to change my two-bed suite into a one-bed suite with no problem. I mentioned wanting to use the pool and was provided a room no more than four doors from the pool entrance. I made use of the gym for a few minutes too. Hungry? Many choices within walking distance. What a pleasant stay it was. I have been here before and do plan on staying again in the near future. See, like I tell people, a simple SMILE goes a long way. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wonderful stay Really enjoyed my stay from 4/22/13 to 5/21. The staff was very helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. The price was right. Only downside, is I still had a $48 credit leftover and upon checkout was informed that it would be credited to my visa credit card. Now one week later i still have not received it. Not sure why they are so slow in returning ones money. I called and was told it was processed to credit my visa. My bank wellsfargo stated they still have not received it. Come on intercontinental you do not need more than 3 days to process. Thank you. May 28, 2013
