I had a good experience staying at this hotel. Great staff, great surroundings. Not on the Strip, but I was not intending to go to the Strip. I would stay here again because great amenities .

I've been staying at this property for years and this year I could really tell a downturn in the overall cleanliness of the property, or lack there of, mainly the carpeting, which was filthy and smelly throughout the hotel. It needs a thorough cleaning or probably just replaced. I also had a non-smoking room which smelled like smoke, so not sure that policy is being enforced or proper cleaning afterwards if broken. I have allergies to smoke and this did not help me at all..

I stay in hotels all the time and I have to say this one was outstanding. The staff, no matter what time of the day or night I showed up, were helpful, courteous, and friendly. The little store was convenient and I had everything I needed. The room was perfect for a business trip. No fancy bells and whistles but every feature I needed to make my trip successful. The kitchen provided a stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot. It was just like being home with a r-e-a-l-l-y big desk with lots of easy access plugs. Love it and highly recommend it to anyone traveling for business.

Stayed here for two nights. The location is not so good for a Vegas Tourist as the hotel is located off strip.
As far as dealing with the staff is concerned ,it depends on your luck. When I checked in with Tiffany, I was not provided an upgrade being a platinum member. On asking, I was given excuses that there are no upgraded rooms available with one bed or on the groud floor. What a clear example of lack of communication anddeceiving customers. Couldn't she have asked me my preferences? After some argument I got the upgrade.
A friend of mine just checked in with another staff member 10 minutes before me and got his upgrade as a platinum member. He was thanked for his loyalty to prority club and was provided late checkout etc..I was with my friend at checkin and could easily benchmark my poor checkin experience with Tiffany compared with my friend's experience: Tiffany did not let me feel welcome, did not provide an upgrade automatically, did not ask me for check out time etc.. Moreover I really did not feel I am welcome during my stay in general!!
We all like to interact with Humans, and not computers. However, such staff as mentioned above make you keen for the day that check-in at hotels is done automatically by computers. At least I would know I will have a fair chance of being recognized and upgraded... by the computer!!
And may I mention that you may find some insects in the room, just for completeness sake.This could be normal in this hot part of the nation..
Well, considering the 70+ different hotels I visited in the last 5 years, I can really say this was one of my worst experiences. In the past 30 days, I have stayed in five different hotels and did not encounter such service!

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, very up to date and full of the amenities. Having the kitchenette and full refrigerator/icemaker was great. The large desk area made working very comfortable. We definetly plan on staying in one of your facilities again

The recently remodled hotel is a very good value. I found the staff at the 24 hour reception very helpful and friendly. Lots of easy parking around the hotel. Very quite place in a very loud city...

Stayed here solo 2 nights in April and was pleasantly surprised. I have never stayed off strip before but the weekend i was here the prices for even the cheap strip hotels were off the charts so i decided to take a chance here. I used points for the Friday night and a special offer for the Saturday and i have to say i LOVED the place that much i didnt want to transfer to my other hotel on the Sunday.
The hotel was clean and peaceful (something you rarely find in Vegas), the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was huge and the fridge, coffee maker, microwave (popcorn included) were a fantastic find. The laundry was also a bonus as i had been traveling for a week beforehand and i just loved the Candlewood Cupboard.
I was a bit worried beforehand being female and solo and "away from it all" but the bus stop was just around the corner to take you the 5min trip to the strip, Starbucks across the street, The Hard Rock just down the street, all ideal for my wants and needs that weekend. The area was fine to walk around alone and at night.
I enjoyed my stay so much im already planning my next break there and would recommend it to anyone to do the same
