Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No Customer Service... My wife and I book the room well in advance. Once we got to the hotel we were told by the attendant that they had canceled my room a day prior. The attendant called the other attendant that canceled the room and they told her that I called them and told them that I wasn’t coming and to cancel. As she was on phone, the attendant later told her that the person that called to cancel had the same first name as me so she canceled the first person with that first name that came up in the computer. The present attendant then gave me a room, but not the room I had requested from the beginning. I had requested an “1 Bedroom Suite” but they gave me a “Studio Room”. She said that even though they have the bedroom Suite available, she couldn’t give it to me because it was written it up wrong and they shouldn’t have offered me the suite. Later she said I could have the 1 bedroom for the present value. I didn’t think that was fair so My wife and I just decided to keep the studio. During the stay, I requested to have my room cleaned in advance, but the next day decided to change to a different date and yes I was talking to the same attendant from the first day. On the changed date I asked her what time will they make it to the room? She said we weren’t on the cleanup list. This was at 8:00am on Thursday (10/2/14) and the hotel was about half full. She also showed me the list and there were only “4” rooms listed, but she said she couldn’t add us. She did however said we could bring the linen down and she would exchange them and we can make the bed ourselves. Checkout (10/4/14) went well and I was glad to leave. Understand, the rooms and hotel is a fine place to stay, but for most people customer service means a lot to us. I travel a lot with family and on business. This was my first time staying here, and will probably be my last. October 16, 2014

The check in/out was excellent--the young lady at the front desk was an exception-- friendly and excellent in giving directions. The bed and room facilities were up-to-date October 16, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average quality stay/disappointing If you are in need of using the sofa bed, beware as it is like sleeping on springs with plastic over them. I felt very bed for my daughter and her friend and wish we had chosen to stay elsewhere for that main reason. We tried to get additional pillows for our stay and they did not have any available for the 3 nights we were there. Front desk personnel were pleasant and it was great to have free wi-fi. The laundry facility was extremely clean. Overall had the sleeping arrangements worked out better I would say it was worth the price, but overall it was disappointing. October 15, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great front desk staff, nice quiet hotel Great front desk staff, clean lobby and grounds. You must ask for room service to have your towels replaced and trash taken out. It's nice to sleep in and not be disturbed by housekeeping. But when we requested room service no one ever came. Lights went out in our room only 3 times and the staff was quick to respond. I didn't like having to deal with the breakers on my own but I did it on the 3rd power outage. October 8, 2014
