The kitchen had the smell of staled food but the room had plenty of outlets and it was comfortable for the entire family. August 8, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Smoky Room, Dirty Room, Noisy Room Reward night stay. No "goodie bag" available at check-in. Not a big deal, but the condition of the rooms was. First room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Second room was filthy - lots of hairs left in the bedsheets and makeup all over the pillowcases. Urine under the toilet seat. It was obvious that they simply remade the bed after the previous guest's stay, and did not wash the sheets. Third room was better, but hallway was noisy from a group of guests staying for some sort of emergency training conference. Air conditioning was strange - thermostat didn't work properly. Made it hard to sleep. The bedspreads in all three rooms looked old and dirty. Too tired from our drive to keep complaining and switching rooms. Finally gave up and fell asleep. Would NOT stay again.
