We had an issue with ants which we brought to the staff's attention 3 times, when we could find any staff there. We had no food in the room and there were ants all over the kitchen counters and in the cabinets. I poured myself a glass of water only to find two ants floating in it. The first time, they said they would send someone in to spray. That did not occur. The second time we alerted staff we were told they didn't know if the spraying occurred but would follow up on it. The third time they said it would be no inconvenience to move us to another room, but we stated it would be a big inconvenience on us considering we had two kids and my disabled mother with us, plus we only had one more night there. I finally pulled one of the plates out of the cabinet, poured some mountain dew in it, and added some dish soap to try and catch some of the ants. See the attached picture. I wish now I would have asked for at least half my money back. I even had ants crawling out of my laptop.
We stayed here during the Thanksgiving holiday. I travel weekly for work and always stay with the IHG brand. Although this hotel is new, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. This hotel allows pets and the room had not been vacuumed. My allergies told me that. I had to go pick up medication just so I could stay in the room. I won't be coming back to this place when I come to visit family.

The hotel had a horrible sulfur smell the entire stay..luckily if we did not open our door, the smell did not enter. No pool, no free coffee or small snacks even being a awards member and employee of another chain, I was embarrassed. Hotel overall was clean and nice because it was newer. I was also told that the riding trail for our ATV/UTV was directly accessed from the hotel which was not true..we had to ride through town and traffic to reach it. Staff was friendly but rarely ever seen or heard. I did love the quietness of the hotel. Whomever designed the bathroom with the way towel holders were and cabinet being unable to open with the bathroom door open needs fired!

We enjoyed our stay in Logan. The rooms were clean. The kitchenette was well stocked. The wifi signal was strong. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing that would make our next stay better is to have a designated outdoor smoking area so we don't have to run the smoke gauntlet by the front door.

When i am in the area I always stay at this facility. I travel all over the country for work and stay in many great hotels and some not so great and some that are arm pits. This is an excellent hotel. The only problem I have is not the hotels fault but I find very little resturants to eat at while there. Can't go wrong staying there.

The hotel and our room were an outstanding value for the money. Clean, well furnished with all our needs, plus some. This would be a perfect place for a long time stay situation.
Only draw back was the road construction out front and I was not sure how to get into the parking lot. Maybe some temporary signs would be helpful to direct visitors into the correct entry driveway. Also the constant presence of smokers at the entrance. It is good they are not smoking in the rooms, but it was distracting to have to walk through smoke each time I left or entered.
