Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by fee issue resolved quickly I believe it was a manager behind the front desk, male, who was very polite with me when I told him the price he quoted for the pet fee was incorrect to what I had agreed to over the phone when booking with iHG central appointments. He was polite and said they must have told me incorrectly, but because that is what I had previously agreed to he honored it. Super nice of him to do that for us. December 31, 2013

The bed and pillows were great and the recliner was neat for watching TV. Very pleased with my stay there. November 5, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by longview diamond in the rough not very interesting looking from the street and completely un- imposing, in fact, pretty dismal visually. i would probably driven by it without looking back had i not taken a chance on a hotel i wasnt familiar with. once you step inside the lobby, the comfort unfolds. the front desk personel are friendly and accomodating. after having your key issued, take a walk down a clean and fresh smelling hall, pop the door to the room and you feel like you are in a small but comfortable studio apartment. from the galley type kitchen with full size appliances, the generous barhroom and super comfy beds...this suite is first class. i will stay here now while i frequent longview. it still has smoking rooms on the third floor away from the non-smokers. there is no pool or hot tub, but the other amenities the hotel provides makes up for those!
