    Good staff, Needs some touch up

    The overall experience was ok. We found chipping paint in the shower and it wasn't as well kept as I'd expect to find. The fridge was a nice perk, and the kitchen area was clean. The lasting impression was of an aging hotel that hasn't seen much attention to detail in the upkeep in some time. I felt the friendliness of the staff was a high point.

    My overall experience was good. However upon checkin which was around 1:00am I was not acknowledged as a IHG Rewards member nor was my credit card checked. I did speak to the front desk upon check out and it was all corrected. First impression wasn't very good, however up on check out the front desk attendant changed my impression. She was very concerned. We did stay again at hotel 4 nights later and was greeted as I would expect to have been. Therefore I believe the late night attendant the first night, must have been having a bad night.
