I love this location and stay here over other Macon hotels every time I go. The last time I stayed I called on my way down and they were able to accomodate me. They greet me by name and have everything correct and ready to go on my bill.
Last time I stayed I called ahead to change my reservation from one bed to two, but they didn't have it recorded when I showed up. The young man at the front desk apologized all over himself and bent over backwards to make sure I had what I wanted - without any prompting.
The next morning the front desk greeted me again and someone I had never met connected me with my name. I appreciate that this hotel always has a high level of quality and THE BEST professionalism and customer service of all IHG hotels.
I will keep staying here and always recommend it to others.

Room was extremely clean. All public areas clean and pleasantly decorated. Not overly fussy but pleasantly upscale. This hotel was budget priced with an upscale feel. There were granite counters in kitchen and baths.
Spacious rooms, can't say enough about the kitchenette. Included a dishwasher and full size refrigerator with ice maker.
Staff went the extra mile, kitchen stocked with dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and paper towels. fully equipped kitchen.
Will definitely stay there again and also venture to try other Candlewood Suites locations.

Once I read the note saying that they do not change towel and make up the bed everyday, I was comfortable. Greeting by the staff and front desk personnel was excellent. I felt at home

Our room had a queen bed. Unfortunately there is not enough space in the room for the bed. There was only space for one bedside night table and, on the other side of the bed, only about 6-9 inches between the bed and the wall. Rearrange for better client comfort. My wife said the bed was extremely uncomfortable for her. It was not the best night's sleep I have ever had either.
The staff were good enough when they were at the front desk, but they seemed to be elsewhere whenever we passed through the lobby. Nobody was 'minding the store.'

I don't typically write reviews, but the hospitality at the hotel was outstanding. First off, when we arrived (after 10PM) the friendly desk clerk was ready with our card key and printout and check in went very quickly. (It had me wondering why it takes so long at other hotels). Behind the desk, there is an entire shelf of DVDs available to borrow on the honor system. My family and I had great fun watching a movie together in our very comfortable room. When we stopped by the desk the next morning to return the DVD, the morning clerk offered us bottled water to go. Next time I need a hotel in this area, I will definitely check into the Candlewood Suites!

I have stayed here many times due to business travel. I have never had any issues and the management goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. The only negative issue would be the WIFI. It is very slow and at times it is difficult to handle work releated tasks. However, with all the hotels I stay in and this the only negative issue then I am lucky. Great Job Tressie.

Even though we were able to change rooms because of the mouse, we were extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom not very clean. We doubt that we ever stay at a Candlewood Property again.

I am a platinum member with Holiday Inn, and stay at many hotels. However, this was one of the worst experiences I have had. There were multiple animal hairs on our bed when we checked in. I called and got fresh sheets from the front desk. The man was very nice and brought them up to us. I ended up taking the comforter off the bed, because hairs were on it. There were also animal hairs in the bathroom and living room area. I went to the front desk the next morning before we went out shopping, and asked that the room be cleaned again. The girl helping us was very friendly and nice. However, she told me she didn't see how there were hairs in the room, because it had been cleaned......... Well, when we came back, the sheets had been changed again and the comforter washed. There were more animal hairs under each pillow........YUCK! The bathroom had not been touched! I was just really disappointed with the cleanliness. The staff was very nice, but need to clean better. This has only happened one other time in my many years with Holiday Inn... Very disappointed
