If you want to stay at a hotel that has spotty internet wifi service this is your place. Management doesn't seem motivated to resolve a known issue. Contacted IT desk for help, and finally ended up using a wired connection for internet access. This is 2014 and this is unacceptable. Just saying!

Great value and comfortable stay for a suite. Although I didn't use the kitchen during this stay, I have in the past and it's a must-have feature when staying more than a day or 2.

HOTEL IS OK, I LIKE HAVING LINENS CHANGED NIGHTLY. SECOND CANDLEWOOD HOTEL "IN A ROW" THAT THE TOILET LEAKED OUT BETWEEN THE BOWL AND THE TANK AND SOAKED BY PANTS.
OTHER THAN THAT, THE HOTEL IS OK!

Very comfortable. Nice rooms. Good location. Close to bike trails that go into Madison.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you have literally no other options. The counter person was more concerned with watching TV in the lobby then checking me out of the hotel. The room was moderate in quality with overly large lumpy pillows. The TV was stuck on subtitles even after turning them off they still appeared. I honestly feel the hotel is way over priced and would not stay there again unless I had no other option.

Awesome place to stay in a large city. Great location and ease of getting around city. Clean and comfortable rooms. Front desk day person needs more training. I was asked 3 times for a tax exempt id which was on file from check in. Need to look before they ask.
