    Bad quailty of furniture

    We were disappointed with the condition of this hotel. We had stayed here previously which is why we chose the hotel but this visit was not as good. The hotel room was kind of dirty, and it smelled of bug spray or disinfectant which was unpleasant. We were told we could get an AARP discount when we checked in but that didn't happen.

    We didn't spend much time in the room except to sleep and the beds were comfortable. But the hotel seemed noisy and it was easy to hear people in other rooms coming and going.

    Whole Hotel out of coffee

    We were very happy with the size of our King Suite. It allowed us room for all of our family members that were traveling for the same event , to hang out in one room. However we stayed two nights and never had our room restocked with towels or coffee. the staff was not very helpful about getting things either. We had to get towels from the pool room and were told that the whole hotel was out of regular coffee. We found that pretty hard to believe and chocked it up to lazy staff. Whereas the room was pretty nice and over all appearance was good, the décor was out dated and in rough shape. Walls also could have used a coat of paint, especially by the elevators. For almost 200 a night I would have expected some sort of breakfast. I would probably not stay here again, but may try another location of Candlewood Suites.

    Hi there! I'm sorry to see that your stay with us did not meet your expectations. I looked in to the "whole hotel out of coffee" situation and found that the employee you had asked had just started working with us and did not know where to find the coffee. That still does not make it acceptable that you did not receive what you were looking for. We are working to improve our hotel and our staff every day, and would hope that you would give us a second chance in the future to show you that we are a much higher quality hotel than we appeared to be on your stay.
