    Excellent stay

    I stopped here on the spur of the moment, when I had car trouble and had to take the very last room available, which was a smoking room and I am a nonsmoker. When I arrived in the room, I did notice the slightest smell of smoke, but once I turned on the air system, it seemed to dissipate the smell and the remainder of the stay was quite nice. The room was very clean and well-maintained with a fairly complete kitchen, although I didn't need it for one night.

    If I had to stay in a hotel for a very long time, at all, I would certainly come back to this one.

    The staff was very, very pleasant and accommodating and the little self-serve pantry on the first floor was something I never seen before, but quite liked it.

    The only tiny thing that I would change if I could was that the kitchen light was a tad too bright for constant use in my opinion and there was no lower-level light alternative in the kitchen area. Under cabinet lighting or a small lamp on the counter would have been preferable.

    Good Hotel, Bad Service

    Had problems with billing, my card was overcharged a large amount, took 6 days to fix.
    Asked for stuff like hangers and towels, never got them.
    Very rarely did someone at the front desk picked up the phone.
    Got 2 calls, very late asking if everything was okay with my room at 11:30pm.
    Rooms and kitchen were very nice.
    Bathroom was clean,

    The parking was good, the desk agent was very friendly and accurate, the food cabnit was used and everything was fresh. The security was comforting.
    If I had any complaint it was that when the heater came on you could no longer hear the TV. But that was minor.
