Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rude Will not go there again. The only reason I stay there was because they had smoking rooms. I checked out to go to the Holiday Inn on Balls Ford Road. That hotel was excellent December 1, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel but pet fee is outrageous This property is very good - the usual Cnadlewood experience. However the $75 pet fee is 3 times what any other property in the chain has ever charged us. If they are so concerned about the pets causing damage to the room, state that damages will be charged back to the customer, but charging a flat $75 to everyone is outrageous and this alone will cause me to look around at other properties in this area. The full kitchen allows me to plan and cook my own meals, so I don't have to eat out all the time. When I want to eat out the hotel is convenient to many good restaurants. October 12, 2013

Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Particularly enjoy the Candlewood Cupboard--much better than having to dig out change for the machine! August 20, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by not as good as expected picked this hotel based on reviews for my stay while attending concert. booked months in advance,printed out conformation and when I arrived staff was not friendly barely acknowledged that you were at the counter went to my room only to find the carpet wet with a blower on it, it smelled like dog and it only had one bed when I had a reservation for two beds. I went back to front desk to ask why I had one bed only to wait 5-10 minutes to figure it out which they tried to say that is what I reserved when I had the conformation for 2 beds printed in my hand. The manager came out to help and waited on me with her pants unzipped the whole time and found me the proper room. the lighting was dim and our exhaust fan did not work and when I checked out my bill was higher than the printed receipt I signed when I checked in and had no explanation.the only good thing was it was a great location to Jiffy Lube live,next time will stay down the road at another hotel. staff at front desk was NOT friendly at all July 26, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room & Kitchen I value a room with Kitchen features for my travel purposes. When I am on the road for several days eating out is rarely a positive nutritional adventure. Have a kitchen with all the basic food preparation utensils is extremely valuable for me. Candlewood has been the best set up I have experienced since being on the road this year. July 16, 2013

I was met each time with an outstanding staff focused on handling every request and aspect of my stay to the highest standards. Having interacted with different staff over my 2 recent stays, each and every staff person I encountered exhibited friendliness, courteousness and the desire to make my stay as perfect as possible. I stay at many of this chain's properties each year, maintaining their highest frequent stayer award for over 10 years running, and the staff at this property ranks up there with the best I have come across June 8, 2013

The staff is outstanding and very caring for all needs.The property is close to all enertainment, shopping ect...Would recomend this location to everyone.Once again I can't say enough about the staff and the great three months I spent there.
