The walls weren't as then as I was lead to believe. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Plenty of space for computer work. Price was very reasonable.

My best friend and I finally had a chance to score some football tickets and travel to Manhattan for the night! Hotel staff was super friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean.

We stayed for three nights and found the location convenient, comfortable bed, very clean, and spacious. There is no breakfast served but found the cupboard convenient to purchase cereal, milk, and juice. The room has a full size refrigerator and stove along with a microwave. I already have booked a stay at Candlewood Suites in another state.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Worky Price is in line with amenities
Room was clean and functional. The air conditioner was very noisy and directional causing warm spots on the far side of the bed. The Chinese light bulbs were a constant problem with odd sockets that were constantly coming loose causing the lights to go out. It was a pain to have to request clean towels daily. The so called Candlewood Cupboard is a joke. Mostly junk food at ridiculous prices. I expected far better.

The property is what you would expect from an Intercontinental, which is to say very well done for its category toward the upper-end of lodging choices. Price is perhaps a few bucks high for that market during an otherwise quiet weekend -- although I'm sure it's priced appropriately for weekends when an event is actually occurring either in town or at the trade center across the street. But one of the perks of staying at an international chain is the well developed employee training. This allows the truly good hire to shine. We were very lucky to be checking in late, so we could ask the night desk clerk Jacinta on where to walk and eat the following morning. Such a simply question, but one that was answered enthusiastically, and with printed guidance awaiting us in the morning.

The hotel was clean, room was very nice. The only issue is the air conditioning. It seems to be on a sensor system. If it doesn't sense movement in the room it doesn't turn on so I was up randomly through the night wandering my room trying to get the AC to click on so I could go back to sleep! I complained to the front desk and they had maintenance turn my AC to "manual". Then everything was fine! I was there with a group of people & this was really the only complaint for all of us. This is a new hotel and still has some quirks to work out.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Plus, for being a club member I was given a free drink from the Candlewood Cupboard. I know it's small but its something they dont have to do and I thought it was very nice.
