I love staying at the Grants Pass Holiday Inn Express--the staff go out of their way to make me feel valued as a Priority Club member. My suite was spacious and very comfortable and I wish I could have stayed longer!

The Holiday Inn Express in Grants Pass is the BEST choice for lodging in town.
I have stayed many many times over the last several years.
My stays have ranged from 1 night to several weeks at a time.
The staff has always been great to me my husband and the dogs.
During the last year both of my parents passed away and the staff was very kind and took great care in seeing our needs were met during this difficult time.
We are so appreciative to have the Holiday Inn Express as our home away from home.
Thank you very kindly for the years of welcoming us at your Inn.

This establishment is ship shape. Always have a good experience staying there. Made reservation in route in the morning while on the road, and always treated nice by the staff. Even at breakfast the next morning, the manager came by and asked us how our stay was so far. Very friendly, and courteous. Rooms are quiet, cool in the heat, warm in the cool weather. Walking distance to good places to eat, as well as shop.

I generaly use the Holiday Inn Express when I travel and have never had a bad experience before this.
This hotel was quite noisy, when the people in the room above walked across the floor there was a loud squeaking noise.
listening to people talking through the poorly insulated building untill 2 AM made it difficult to sleep. I could clearly hear the trucks on the I-5 using their engine brakes, the hotel is beside the freeway.

We stayed in Grants Pass again after staying in February 2013 traveling to our son's home in Washington. We have a favorite dinner place on the river that is delightful too. It's breaks up a long trip with a refreshing stop.

Our stay of choice is always Holiday Inn Express, always easy access from freeway, always clean,staff is always pleasant and we always look forward to that breakfast!
Our stay in Grants Pass was especially remarkable because for some reason I left my newest pair of jeans in the room:( A quick call and quick response from the front desk and a call the next day that she had put my jeans in the mail was so amazing. Sure enough in 3 days I had my jeans. Thank you very much!! We look forward to our next HIE stay.

This was our second stay in march 2013. We were in a updated room, it was bright and comfortable . On our next trip south we stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Currently under construction and it looks like about half done. They did a good job of keeping the construction from interferring with the guests and so far it looks great.

The property was a bit tricky to find after leaving I5, but it was worth the sleuthing. Our room was recently upgraded and was top notch. The breakfast offering was very old, as usual.

we had a double queen bed room and it was reasonably comfortable. They were undergoing renovations in parts of the property it is was contained for dust. . It was pretty obvious it needed the updating. The staff was very polite and tried hard to make it a nice visit.
My kid forgot her toothbrush and the hotel gave her one which was nice but it snapped when I held it. I got another and the brissles came out when she brushed her teeth. She was not happy about that and we ended up going out to get her a new toothbrush.

I was very disappointed! At the front check in, there was no recognition or greeting. I wondered why they would place a "pet owner" on the 4th floor as this is not convenient to take a pet out. In the room, there was dust all over the lamp stand and dirty night stands. A pillow smelled of chemicals. This room was NOT CLEAN! The bed was very hard and springs squeaked when you sat on them. When I looked it was the same "blue mattress" as stacked in the lower front window. Noise from the heating unit was loud. The power flashed off and on, the clock and T.V. went in and out. i called the front desk and explained what I encountered. i got an explanation that they were remodeling. That this room had been done. No resolution was offered. This was late in the evening. In the early morning the noise from heavy equipment and crew was loud! I went to my vehicle to find it surrounded by cones and equipment removing shrubbery from the front of the building!

Gentleman behind counter said 'hi' and I gave him my driver's license and Priority credit card. He handed them back after about 2 minutes with key cards and 2 bottles of water and said have a nice night. I didn't sign or initial anything....it seemed unusual.
About 2 a.m. there were men beating on doors, including ours, saying 'let us in! let us in!" and swearing loudly while beating on the doors. They sounded very intoxicated. The next morning, we saw those same men (recognized their voices) in the breakfast area getting coffee and preparing to go to work (they were covered in dirt and clearly working nearby and staying at the hotel). I told the person at the front desk (the same man who checked us in the night before) and all he could say was "sorry, but they've been here all week and there hasn't been any problem since they've been here or any other complaints." Wow.

Very noisy room. The air conditioners of other rooms running all night and every step taken in room above was loud. The place is currently being remodeled and I'm not knocking them for any of that; but they need to do some soundproofing.

We are repeat customers and even though there were renovations happening the staff made sure we were comfortable. Great access to I-5 and places to eat, good breakfast options. We will continue to use the Holiday Inn for our travel.

I have stayed here before since I have family in Grants Pass.
The Inn is being remodeled and there is virtually no inconvience. I was able to look at the fabric and carpet samples. The choices are excellent. There was ample room to park my tow vehicle and car trailer and felt comfortable leaving my custom car in the lot.

This hotel's walls must be made of paper. I was put in a room neighboring the stairs. Every time someone went up or down it woke me up. The stairs sounded like they were in a 100 year-old house. Not to mention the people upstairs, down the hall, the construction and the freeway traffic. I asked to be moved to a quieter room and the front office person said the hotel was booked. Additionally, the beds were uncomfortable with squeaky springs. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I have family in Grants Pass and this has always been my go to hotel because it is clean, comfortable and the breakfast is always good. I checked in late last Sunday after a rough day with hopes of sleeping in but was awakened at the crack of dawn by construction going on outside my room. Nice that they are keeping the place up but would have appreciated a room away from the noise. Will be back in town for a few days soon and looking to make reservations elsewhere.

This is a really nice hotel and everything that I usually expect. In fact the only thing that I feel was not up to the usual standarsd was that they shared a pool and hot tub with another hotel right next door. The other hotel was very full of high school kids so it made enjoying the hot tub and the mountain view very difficult.
Other than that it was very good. The pancake machine in breakfast bar was very good.

Room was not clean. The front grill on the wall heater was thick with lint indicating no cleaning for months. The breakfast area lacked attention. Had to go to the front desk to get hot items replaced as the breakfast help was not anyware in sight. The garbage cans were full. Some one needs to have a training and evaluation program.
