Our group stayed there for one night. At least two of the "non-smoking" rooms reeked of smoke. I complained to the front desk and got a response of "The fire department was just here because something burned", didn't buy it as it was cigarette smoke. Hair dryer didn't work, several of the room keys didn't work and when they gave one new key it disabled the others.
We will not be back.

I was disappointed with the quality of this hotel. It is not recommended for non-smokers. The quality of this property is along the lines of hotels chains of much lower quality, not what would be expected for a Candlewood. Wireless internet did not work and both computers in the business center were not working. The staff did try and assist, but they are limited by the overall quality of the property. Trash piled in hallway trash cans.

First, I issued a complaint to Front Desk regarding the loud clacking noise from the A/C unit. I was staying 2 nights. After the 1st night, no maintenance was performed. Returned the second night, same noise; only now i get to endure the noise from rowdy guest or visitors. Halls were filled with trash and clearly someone had been smoking through the corridors.
