I love the clean and comfortable rooms with a nice kitchen, roomy desk area, comfy recliner, ample parking, swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue grills, free laundry facility, well stocked self-service pantry, and of course, the friendly staff. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed This property came highly recommended to me but I am sorry, it did not meet my expectations nor the customary IHG product. The internet page is great but once on site, the property is in dire need of upgrading. The entrance can accommodate your average suitcase and there is no lobby. I requested to settle my stay in cash at check-in but was told I couldn't and to my surprise 4 rooms for one week were charged to my credit card denying the use of my card for shopping purposes. Mind you, there is a sign posted that you can settle your account anytime during your stay and all I was told was it should not have happened. The bed was extremely noisy and uncomfortable with a depression in the center, not only in my room but the other 3 that my guests occupied. As a GOLD IHG member I am accustomed to the late check-out but this time I was told it we are fully booked so it was not possible. I guess with all the confusion surrounding my credit card, I was granted a late check-out for one room. Room cleaning is only done after a week stay and if you desire a towel change, you have to take the old ones down stairs to the lobby to replenish your stock. The Customer Service team tries but any decisions to be made, appears to be done by only one person whether on duty or not and quite often, I received conflicting information. Friends, this is only my experience and I am disappointed but I remain faithful to the IHG brand especially the one that EXPRESSES my holiday December 7, 2014
