I have stayed in 7 different hotels this year and this was by far the best place I have experienced. I would gladly stay again and will be looking to see if there is a Candlewood anywhere near where my next trip is.

I stay at this property at least once a month. This was the first time that I did not get excellent service. At check in I was not offered anything from the cupboard and was not recognized as a member. I was not given the access code for the internet and my phone in the room did not work. The cupboard was almost empty.

The staff at the Eastchase Candlewood cannot be beat. They learn your name quickly and provide a comfortable experience at a great price.

Nice hotel, wonderful staff. Room above me had an all nite party. Front desk tried to make them quiet but it didnt work. We had little sleep with the noise. The staff was very understanding and adjusted my final bill.

It was a beautiful room and the bed was very comfortable. We slept great. The staff was great. We will definetly stay here again.

The location of property was easy to the highway,casino,food and movies,the room was clean and nice,the rate i got was a u.s.postal service rate which was great!the front desk manager was excellent, i would stay again when the in the area.

It's hard to your room on a regular schedule to get cleaned they say it's the day that you check in but it has not worked that way.I have also called to have my room cleaned the next day and it did not happen. The main.man at tiMes can not be found by the workers and it took him three days to tighten a screw in a show knob.

The staff at the Candlewood in EastChase is exceptional. They take good care of me and recognize me when I arrive. They remember that I look forward to the Golds Gym passes they have arranged with a Golds Gym just a mile, or so, away. The staff is quick to address any issues. You can't beat the accomodations for the price. I am not Donald Trump, I don't expect gold fixtures, just a clean room at a great price and nice folks to deal with.

Front desk was very nice and willing to go out of the way. What hotel doesn't clean your room every day nor offer any kind of b-fast? This one. Found a dirty rinse cup in my bathroom upon arrival, too. Price couldn't be beat, though. Good location, too.

the staff knows me by name after 2-3 visits and takes good care of me. weight room is below average but they have access to GOld's Gym nearby. great 'cheap' hotel...

Stayed here with the whole family plus a cat for an 8 week AF TDY and we had a great experience! The only thing that was unusual was the housekeeping service schedule. Could have used more garbage pick ups than the once-a-weeks they had. But other than that, good location, nice rooms and friendly front desk staff.

Rooms were very nice, price was good but the front desk help was probably the best that we have experienced in a long time. Very friendly! There was no complimentary breakfast but Cracker Barrel is just next door.

Hotel is clean and staff is pleasant. The only problem was the sound-proofing between floors. On our first stay at this hotel we were on the first floor and at 5:30 a.m. I woke up when the person in the room on the second floor jumped out of bed and walked across the floor (my husband slept through this). On our second stay (two weeks later) we were both awaken around 3:30 a.m. when a child(?) in the room above ours started running around the room for about 10 minutes. If we stay at this hotel again (and we may - the location is convenient), we will request the top floor.

THE STAFF IS GREAT AND VERY HELPFULL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I DO WISH THERE WAS AN ICE MACHINE AT THIS HOTEL.
I LOVE THAT THIS HOTEL IS PET FRIENDLY.
