    Not much to mention about this ordinary hotel, except it's well located and has a great a city view facing the old Montreal. Good restaurants are not next door and you need well warm dressed to walk outside in the freezing cold winter.

    Staff really tried to help and was courteous. We were able to get a jumper cable borrowed from the neighbouring hotel by the front desk personnel, which was very kind and helpful of him.
    Internet access was good throughout the building.
    The small gym was sufficient and clean.
    The hotel need a bit of renovation, almost like a face lift.
    Needs to be freshly scented in all areas- lobby, elevators, hallways and room cleaning.

    Staff was very pleasant & efficient at check-in and then helpful giving us directions to places we wanted to visit.
    Staff on checkout asked about IHG Rewards Program, which we did not know was grandfathered from our Holiday Inn days, then helped in updating to the current program.
    We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room, especially considering the price.
    The location was central to a great many sites we might want to explore as out-of -province visitors.

    I brief earlier in the survey, was not impress with the service at c/n ( booked 2 rooms for friends and family)

    Hard time checking in.
