Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed the entire experience We had been driving for nearly 11 hours, reached our destination, checked in and went to our room. We were amazed at the condition of the entire building, but our room was exceptional. In the past we had paid much more for less! What a great night of sleep we had. The next day was off to surprise our granddaughter and hubby and new baby....back to our room for a night of leisure and sleep before another day of travel. I can't find a thing negative to write. The bed was more comfortable than our own; the pillows were many and fluffy; the towels were large and absorbent. There was popcorn and even an ice maker in the refrigerator. We had brought some food with us, but what we didn't bring, we found was available in the "store". Check out was swift and easy. The staff, from front desk to cleaning crew, were pleasant and helpful. Better than 100%. We will use Candlewood Suites in the future! December 21, 2014

The heat was tricky and I probably should have asked the staff to help me, but I finally got it working. Clean, affordable and a very nice hotel, I would recommend it highly. December 20, 2014

However, having to call the front desk to ask how to turn on an air conditioner is a little bit ridiculous. We also got charged 5 nights when we really only stayed 4. Our dish washer kept flooding the room and the front didn't seem concerned. December 11, 2014
