    Used website to compare hotels in area and this was by far the best value for the exceptional quality of the hotel. Plan to stay ehre again next year and at Candlewood Suites in general again.

    What a great place! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The included amenities are spot on. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with my last visit. For the second time, in my 6 or so visits...the hot water didn't work. Plus, the room looked like it had been set up in a rush...1 fork and spoon in a drawer that needed to be wiped out, same with the microwave, the dish brush was missing, and the floor needed to be vacuumed. The staff is happy and quick to rectify anything that comes up (except the hot water which had to wait on the plumber). I would stay here again, but hope it would go more smoothly and reflect the CS we have come to enjoy and rely on.

    Don't forget your phone charger after checkout!

    First, no blow dryer in room
    Second, no bedding or blanket for sofa bed in room. When I went to the front desk for bedding they no longer had blankets and I was given extra sheets. I asked if there were blankets when we checked in at 6 pm and was told yes. Daughter was cold during night.
    Third, it took 4 attempts to get into room to retrieve phone charger left behind after check out. The front desk staff kept inputting a non-existing room into the key programmer. It was not until I made them use the master key to open the door when she realized that the room did not exist and that she had inputted the wrong number the 4 times that I went to the front desk. I know that told her the correct room number when I requested a key the first time. After I retrieved the phone charger, she then said that she would make me two new keys for my use. I had to remind her that we had checked out and would not be returning. I wasted 15 to 20 minutes going back and forth to the front desk getting keys programmed to a room that did not exist.
