The room was nice and had a small room next to it with a couch that was a good place to sit and read. I didn't realize there would not be breakfast so was not prepared with the groceries I brought. Kitchen would be more efficient if the refrigerator door was changed since it opened to the hallway side instead of the counter side. The room we had was very nice and quiet.

I booked 3 rooms for self and associates. Asked for a king room for self and got stuck in a handicap equipped room. Would have been nice to have a choice.

I was in Murfreesboro for business meetings at another hotel. Due to sports tournaments, there were few quality rooms remaining in the area. I needed 2 rooms and there was only 1 non-smoking room available. I had booked online and the hotel marketing staff called me to make sure I know one room was smoking. He offered to have ash trays removed and the room aired out prior to my arrival. They went out of their way to meet my needs.
Rooms were large and clean with a complete kitchen. The location was conveniently located to my conference and to most areas in downtown Murfreesboro.

I enjoyed staying at Candlewood Suite in Murfreesboro. The room was clean, spacious, and the staff was friendly. My stay was an extended stay due to waiting to close on a house. I did not like having more than one authorization on my credit card more than once a week. This became a problem where I had to have management send a fax to my bank to release one in order to free those funds. This was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, my stay was over 30 days and there is a Hotel Tax Exemption by law where the hotel is to waive the occupancy tax after 30 days and refund the previous charges. I had to make a case on this in order for them to actually honor this exemption. Had there not been a story on this on News Channel 5, the hotel would not have made me aware of this. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is pet friendly. With that the room smelled like dog urine. We did not have any pets on our trip. I really think this hotel needs to have specific rooms/floors that do not house pets. It made our stay not very enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Other than the smell our stay was good.

I was given the wrong room (although my reservation confirmation clearly stated otherwise) and the rest of the hotel was booked, so I was stuck in a room that didn't have what I wanted for multiple nights. Despite this, I was not told "I'm sorry" until days later when I came to switch rooms. The staff did nothing to try to account for the mistake they made, and the first room I was in was not very nice (smells, no tv channels). I'm sure it's a nice hotel when everything is in order, but I had a very poor experience.

The location was great. Outside grounds looked good.
Inside halls needed cleaned and vacuumed. The room was cleaned, but needed some maintenance.
Price was good, but when traveling on business I would opt out and pick another hotel.

Fabulous value for the business traveler, my only suggestion would be larger queen or king size pillows for the beds and maybe a rack of free weights in the gym . Other than that , I would say it is perfect for the business traveler . I will stay here for the next 6 months during my project

The staff members at Candlewood Suites® in Murfreesboro, TN were very helpful and polite. They made sure our needs were met. I couple of issues arose during our stay that were met with a staff that was willing to go the extra mile to make sure they were tackled quickly and efficiently. Thanks Kurt! You taught them well.

This was my first stay at a Candlewood Suite hotel. I travel a bit for work and have spent plenty of time in competing hotels. Large rooms, windows that open and smoking rooms are accommodations I prefer and Candlewood delivers. If you need a hug and a cookie every time you pass the desk, this isn't for you, but if you want a big, clean, comfortable room you'll appreciate this hotel.

The location was great. Very close to shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel room was not very clean: the shower curtain was nasty and their were two spots on the carpet. Other than that I was pleased with our stay.

1st- given a room key, loaded luggage and kids in elevator and up to the room to find a single PERSON IN THE ROOM asleep....!! (2 beds) this will be clear why important in point 2..
2nd- lady at front desk said- ":sorry that happened" i will get you another room....only rooms we have in King Rooms...i had 2 children...that isnt going to work....maybe you can get the single person out of my original room and giver her the King Room..... :) so she said, sorry we are all booked up.... I saw a stack of reservations yet to check in...I said how about those rooms??? she said "WELL that may make those people MAD" REALLY!!! what do you think I am about now????
3rd- she called the manager like 5 times only to roll straight to vmail
4th- "well I guess I will give you one of the rooms with two beds that people havent checked in yet....
btw- trash still in the cans from previous guest and ONE towel on the bar... ONE. wow.

This is a pretty nice place, but there are a few things that need some attention. First off, the Door to my Room had the Closer set so tight that it was hard to open from either side. This was even more troubling when I realized the Coffee Pot didn't fit in the Coffee Maker. I therefore had to get my Coffee in the Candlewood Cupboard and they were the tiniest Cups I've ever seen in a Hotel outside Mansfield, Ohio. To top it off, there weren't any lids. Now try to open the Door with two cups of coffee. On a better note, the Staff was really nice excepting the young man in the Lobby during the morning who didn't seem to care too much about my earlier issues. There were a few other issues that I discussed with another Staff Member and was totally satisfied with how caring he was. I will go back because they have Smoking Rooms and it's a good location for my Business.

The stay was pleasant which has encouraged me to always seek Candlewood accommodations whenever I am traveling. We were there to attend a funeral, the family dog was with us which presents a problem if there isn't time to make arrangements for him. I felt very welcome to bring him.
I am pleased with everything about our stay and will make arrangements to stay there again in the future.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Room was large and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were very nice and helpful. Easy to find and close by numerous restaurants and shopping. Will definitely use this hotel again. .

Two ladies traveling for pleasure. Room not available for early check-in. Returned several hours later at check-in time and told room would be ready in about 10 minutes. Inquired about possibility of a suite rather than a std. room. Mgr. showed us the only available suite, which we preferred. Upgraded at no charge due to our inconvenience. Staff was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Facility was clean, safe and conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. I have traveled a lot and have stayed at a lot of hotels, and I am very picky. This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the staff were attentive and pleasant. I brought my dog, and the hotel is very pet friendly. Many hotels that allow pets are unclean and they put you in the back in a not so desirable room. This was not the case here. The rooms were exceptional. Even if I didn't like pets, it would be very clean and comfortable. The amenities were up to date and modern. Very family friendly, as well as a quiet oasis for business travelers. I visit Murfreesboro often, and I will definitely stay there again when I return!

I would like to thank you for providing excellent service. We traveled with our dog for the first time. He did great! The outside area for him was very convenient. Above all, the young lady at the front desk when we checked in was exceptional.... I'm sorry I didn't get her name. She had long blonde hair in a pony tail & a hooded jacket. She was always friendly & professional. She always spoke when we passed by & even ask if there was anything she could do for us. She was perfect. Thanks again!
